Billings, Montana – The Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter (YVAS) announced a significant achievement just in time for the holiday season: every adoptable pet in their care found either a foster home or a permanent family to spend Christmas with.

In recognition of this special occasion and to allow their dedicated staff time with their families, the shelter will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, December 25th and 26th. YVAS will reopen its doors from 12-5 pm on Wednesday, December 27th, and will resume its normal business hours starting Thursday.
